Plainview, N.Y. May 4, 2011 — Three new appointments were made to the Board of Directors on May 4th 2011. Dr. Kamel Al-Khalil has worked at Cox since 1994 and is the Director of Technology and Research. John Smith started with the company in 1990 and is the Director of Engineering. William Alderman has more than twenty years of investment management and corporate development experience at companies including: GE Capital, Bankers Trust and Fieldstone.
