Cox & Company is committed to working with our supply chain to encourage compliance to Section 1502 of the Dodd- Frank Act known as the Conflict Minerals Policy. Ethical sourcing of conflict minerals - tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold – is traced back to the smelter through the supply chain. The goal is to ensure conflict-free sourcing from the Democratic Republic of Congo and surrounding region to prevent funding of fighting and human rights abuses in the region. We request due diligence and reporting from our suppliers in this effort.
